All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with tags attached and intact. Dresses are not eligible for replacement if retained for over three days within Kenya or fourteen days outside Kenya, following the purchase, or if their condition worsens while in your possession. We will not accept dresses that are torn or damaged.
We are unable to offer monetary refunds on dress purchases.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We are pleased to offer an exchange for your unworn dress within 3 days if you are in Kenya, or within 14 days if you are outside Kenya, from the date of purchase. (with receipt). Time is of the essence! For in-store purchases, exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of purchase.
For delivered dresses, we kindly ask that you contact us on the same day of delivery to initiate the exchange process.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, you may exchange your dress for another dress of equal value.
If you’d like to exchange for a dress of higher value, you are welcome to do so by adding the difference in price at the time of exchange.
Exchanges
We only replace items if the dress does not fit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mayberryboutiquekenya@gmail.com and send your item to: Nairobi, Eastleigh, Kenya.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nairobi, Eastleigh, Kenya. Please forward the shipping details to our email, along with the tracking number for those utilizing trackable shipping services.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
